Exodus 1 & 2

We start a new series entitled "The God Who Saves". We finished the study of the Gospel of John. Now we look at the book of Exodus, which gives the historical and theological foundation for John's Gospel. The God revealed in Jesus is the covenant-keeping Redeemer who delivers His people. We begin by looking at the bondage that the Israelites experienced in Egypt, and how God worked behind the scenes to bring about their deliverance. If we admit that we are in bondage to sin, we too can experience deliverance. You are more enslaved than you think and more loved than you ever imagined.
