As we conclude our study in Philippians, we find Paul reminding us to not be anxious in the midst of life's uncertainties. We can rejoice in an Almighty God that loves us, and cares for us. As we look to Him, we find peace beyond all human understanding.

As we continue our study of Paul's letter to the Philippians, we are challenged to make Jesus the focus of our life. The possessions and accomplishments of this life dim when compared to knowing and following our Savior.

We continue our study of Philippians by looking at Chapter 2. Paul instructs the church to "do nothing out of selfish ambition, rather in humility, value others above yourselves." That is what enables unity to exist in our community. Let us consider this week how we may sacrifice our time, finances, or energy for the benefit of another.

We begin a 4 part study of Philippians. In the first chapter, Paul admonishes the Philippians to "stand firm in the one Spirit, striving together as one for the faith of the Gospel". As believers, we may have differences, but we should be united in the message of the Gospel.
