Healing in the Kingdom of God - Pastor Daniel Nelms

Matthew 4:18-25

As we look at Jesus's understanding of the Kingdom of God, we find that he sees healing as a big part of it. After being baptized and then tempted by Satan in the wilderness, he began to choose his disciples. Wherever they went, Jesus brought healing to people as a manifestation of the Kingdom. We should continue his ministry of healing by praying for those in need.

The Unexpected Nature of the Kingdom - Pastor Daniel Nelms

Matthew 3:1-12

We continue the new sermon series, "The Kingdom of God: Christ, His Church, His Kingdom". This week, we see Jesus making his appearance to John the Baptist. Although John knew  who he was, the people did not, since they were looking for a regal King. Are we prepared to recognize Jesus, the King, in unexpected places and in unexpected ways?

The sermon concluded with an interview with Dino & MaryAnn Medori, as they shared testimonies of God's work in their lives.

We began a new sermon series, "The Kingdom of God: Christ, His Church, His Kingdom". This week, Pastor gave a basic introduction to understanding the Kingdom of God. It is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Wherever the Kingdom of God is manifest, you will find:

1 - God's kingly rule, power, authority, glory and majesty

2 - Satan's kingdom is being overthrown

3 - Childlike qualities are found
