As the church experiences Spirit-filled generosity and community, greediness surfaces in the church. Ananias and Sapphira suffered the consequences of their deception. All that we have is God's, so we must beware of selfish motives in our giving. 

As the church continues to live out their new mission, they experience difficult consequences of telling others about Jesus. Nevertheless, each time they were imprisoned, God set them free to continue to preach the Gospel.
