This mini-series begins with "Conquering the Desert". We consider how the Israelites handled their time in the desert, on the way to the Promised Land, and how we should handle the deserts in our lives. They followed God as He led them and provided for them. Good things can still happen during the desert, when we led God do His thing. We need to learn from our desert experiences, and guard against a "wilderness mentality". The joy of the Lord can be our strength.
